This site will host the live event from April 7th to 9th 2008. Please feel free to bookmark this page.The events will be broadcasted using two modes:
- Live video and audio via steaming media (flash video format)
- Presentation/slides via the web conferencing system WebEX

Note: Starting Mon. April 7th 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EDT we will have a live session available for users to test the meeting setup (video feeds, WebEX, Telephone) in a interactive manner.
What equipment do you need for attending the webcast:
For individual attendees:- Regular desktop or laptop computer (two monitor setup is ideal but optional, one for displaying video and second for presentation)
- Audio Speakers
- Webcam (optional)
- Telephone (optional but required for interaction, speakerphone is recommended)
- Regular desktop or laptop computer attached to projector (two screen setup is ideal but optional, one for video and second for presentation)
- Speakers
- Webcam (optional, but highly recommended)
- Telephone (speaker phone is recommended)
- NOTE:The three breakout sessions (April 8th 2:45 to 4:45 PM EDT) will be held concurrently and will require the users to meet in different rooms so alternate arrangements will be required
